Nectar Flow & Embodiment Dance
Nectar flow, led by Teresa Cisneros, calls to flavors of love open wide! This movement invites us to expand in fluidity, freedom, and deep connection through intuition. We activate with primal play, elemental movements, vocal activation, breath work, afro-latin infusions, and meditation.
